Do y'alls think we'll ever see a Volume 2 for the anthology?
Trying to think of what would qualify at this point:
- Fight For Your Right Revisited
- Ch-Check It Out vid
- Triple Trouble vid
- Right Right Now Now vid
- An Open Letter to NYC vid
- Off the Grid vid
- The Rat Cage vid
- Suco de Tangerina vid
- The Gala Event vid
- Too Many Rappers vid (what's the deal with this anyhow?)
what else am i missing? i know there are others...
i simply ask because i feel alot of these aren't even like 'official' videos even, just little outings with a camera so to say. perhaps an appendix would better suit such material.
thoughts?

i doubt it, especially as three of the TT5B video's made it to the solid gold hits DVD. i know what you mean, there's a fair amount of videos which haven't made it to a dvd release but personally i can't see it happening.
remember when DVDs were new and Beasties showed how DVDs should be made and then no-one followed.
Well they're old now and so are you.
The Def Jam era videos and Jimmy James, all of the above and anything that was missing from the first one basically. But the video anthology is a work of pure beauty, so much love went into that. It's the best use of DVD I've ever seen, even to a non Beastie fan it's pretty much perfect. I dont see it being repeated, I only see this happening if it was a third disk added to all the videos from the first one, re boxed and re released, maybe with different simplifired (less good) updated menus.

Dvds, you mean.
Gotta say, I kinda stopped listening to the B-Boys around 2001, 2002. Taking a hiatus myself, I guess.
My wife (girlfriend at the time) got me the anthology DVD for Christmas when we were doing the working holiday thing in London, and it was epic. Fucking awesome gift buying skills aside, I soaked up everything in that set.
It was so well presented, from the simple shit like the Car Thief instro, the menus and the commentaries, to the 3-cam edit of Sure Shot. Fucking good times. (y)
I dug it out the other day, actually.
I did mean the DVDs yes.
Beasties have always been old to me.
I remember the reason I bought a DVD player was for their DVD coming out. But it is still the best the most comprehensive DVD I have, I thought it was the future but I've not bought a DVD since where the extras were so well put together.
