ok, make several pancakes all the same size, enough to stack about 3-4 inches high. then let them cool down. then put one pancake on your cake server and this will be the bottom/start of the cake. cover top of pancake in icing then put the next pancake on the icing covered pancake and cover the top of that pancake and continue until you have a stack, then take time to cover whole stake in icing.. sides and all to make it look like a nice cake.
as far as I know ... I invented the pancake cake, I did tell some lady at a bakery about the idea a few years ago in Denver, but your the only other ones Ive told.
