It could be for content reasons.

It also airs at regular times after Thurs.

The times I've listed are all Eastern Daylight which means, I assume, the 3AM Palladia will air at midnight west coast U.S.A.

I don't see any listings before 12AM on 4/21. VH1 is the earliest for Eastern time zone at Midnight.

Like a midnight showing of a new movie.

^ I don't know why that website put 12AM "Wednesday" (which would be tonight) when Comcast menu guide lists the premiere as 12AM Thursday (3AM East Coast) that's tomorrow night.

Anyway, so looks like the only Explicit version is Comedy Central.
