I thought I saw ESPN personality Kenny Mayne. They pass him on the street and he looks back at them. I believe it's right before they go into the restaurant.

(this could go in the random thought thread)
MTV touches on the Ted Danson restaurant connection and brings up Bored To Death, an HBO show set in Brooklyn in which Danson's character opens up a restaurant.
besides the obvious( Mike Dee el Ted ) I think more than likely, the Mike D line is a reference to Curb Your Enthusiasm season 3, in which Larry and Ted Danson playing himself invest in a restaurant together.
I've always thought the CYE humor would go well with the Beastie Boys and vice versa.

MCA: Curb Your Enthusiasm is good shit. If Larry David wanted to bring us on, we’d be there.

Silverstone was one of the whores in the limo.
Nope.
Those were Chloe Sevigny with Elijah Wood, Kirsten Dunst with Seth Rogen and Maya Rudolph with Danny McBride.
Didn't see Silverstone at all.
I did see Laura Dern drinking wine at a table outside the restaurant, though.

Cool. Did not know that.
he is also the director of the film "Beginners", listed above...
the main character Oliver draws sketches similar to the characters of the HSC2 artwork and the film is a semi-biographical story of the artist/designer/filmmaker Mills...

cool I knew it was her, but didn't get the lumberjack reference on skateboard.<<<same as inside photo!
I did notice all the Paul's Boutique signs/stores though (i.e.Spitzer's, Disco Lights Electronics, Ben's Shoes, lee Sportswear).
And of course you can see the Paul's store itself in the background complete with hanging shirts!).
Awesum.

She is such a natural beauty. She has her moms hair and coloring but definitely Adams facial features.

I ran into Ted Danson with his wife, Mary Steenburgen(sp?), a couple months back in Beverly Hills. I was so tempted to ask how the restaurant with Mike was going.
I thought the mariachi thing was just a blatant Hey Ladies reference. Not so much hidden.
I'm surprised the article didn't mention the fact that they recreated the PB street corner.

Did anyone else notice the boys dressed as cops? I know I didn't. I'm sure it probably says somewhere in the credits that this was filmed in la but they fooled me on that too!
Here's some behind the scenes filming pics you guys may not have seen.
