I was just watching some old Japan concert from 1995 and they do completely different lyrics for Brass Monkey.

They did this for the New Orleans Lollapalooza in 94 too.

Anyone know the story behind why? And what the lyrics are?

in the Japan ProShot show they were completely different lyrics..........mike drops "like craig mack i'll put the flavor in your ear" line

Maybe they were making it up but nobody could tell because it was in Japan.

I'd like to hear this 'alternate version' - does anyone know which exact dates they did this so I can track down a bootleg? Doing a search on beastiemania's gigog for concerts which feature Brass Monkey only brings up two dates between 1994-1997:

I don't know which city it's from but it's from this Japan program called Space Shower TV( on beastiemania I couldn't find any concert dates from Japan in 1994 so it could be anywhere, if someone knows where it's from - tell us)
