Beastie Boys & Beatsteaks in Locarno

The Beastie Boys will be playing in Locarno on 07/11/2007 - that's something everybody knows. But what is most important to know as well is that they will be supported by the Beatsteaks - the best band from Berlin and Germany.

I'm am very jealous of everyone who will bee seeing both bands there. I wish I could be there too. I saw the Beatsteaks on saturday in Berlin and the audience (17000 people) went berzerk. The Beatsteaks rocked the house. And to make my day, they played Sabotage in a very awesome cover-version (y) (the whole arena sang along) and announced their concert with the Beastie Boys on wednesday. They said the Beasties are the idols of their youth! :D

"...wir teilen uns die Bühne mit den incredible Beastie Boys, bzw. teilen die sich was mit uns, wofür wir noch ein paar Jährchen dankbar sein werden! Das Konzert(der Beastie Boys) ist ein Hammer, circa 1000 Instrumente werden hin- und hergereicht und gespielt, kein Hit ausgelassen und wer die noch nicht gesehen hat der kann ja mal hingehen! Zu guter Letzt waren wir auch gar nicht schlecht und freuen uns wie üblich ein Loch in den Eimer ob unserer gelungenen Berufswahl!THREE DJ'S AND ONE ATW."

Meaning (sorry for the poor translation):
"... we share the stage with the incredible Beastie Boys, or rather they share it with us, and for that we will be grateful for at least some years!
The show (of the Beastie Boys) was amazing, about 1000 instruments were handed around and played. They didn't leave out one single hit and who hasn't seen them yet should try to catch a show! All in all we haven't been too bad that evening too and are as always happy as punch about being musicians! THREE DJ'S AND ONE ATW."

So, now I'm even more depressed about not having been there... :(
