Fuse tv is doing a 2 week special on the top 25 videos that changed the world starting nov. 26th. The Beastie Boys will be featured on Dec. 7th for "Fight for your right" at 10 pm. Look at Fuse tv's website for more info:)

But I ended up getting distracted by an ad with a big flashing joint and a "yes" or "no" right next to the video links. So I was like, um . . . what the hey . . . yes, click. I thought it might be on the legalization tip.

And then BAM, the computer screen's suddenly all yelling at me with a patronizing message and statistics about how pot will ruin my life (http://www.freevibe.com/ads/Yes.asp)!! WTF. What's up with a 1950's dad deceivingly named "freevibe" like guarding the gates at fuse.tv?! That is SO un rock n roll.

And besides, I'm sure FREEVIBE'S HYPOCRITE FLASH ANIMATOR SMOKES TWO JOINTS A DAY!!!

Sneaky, sneaky! I did notice that flashing joint but was dashing off to the other room to catch the program (only to learn that my Time Warner-Girl -on a-Budget package dosen't include the Fuse channel). When I saw it, I thought "how liberal of them" - assuming it was a Pro ad, given the site and all. Your post made me curious what would happen if you select "no". So I did, and I got a pat on the shoulder cause "I know what's up!" They also dropped some knowledge on my ass about how I can best support my friends and loved ones that would have selected "yes".:rolleyes:
