Car Thief trilling sound

Toward the end of "Car Thief," there's this really high-pitched trilling sound that sounds like a woman's voice kind of speeded up. Is that Mogwai's song from Gremlins? I swear it sounds like it.

it's actually a woman's voice. it's from the main sample of the song, "Rien Ne Va" by Funk Factory.

Ah -- okay; thanks. It sounded like a woman, but it sounded a lot like when the Mogwai sang, so I didn't know if there was some trickery.
