Lucky lady is all I gotta say!!!! Anyway it was totally sweet what she wrote and so true. Glad he didn't waste a moment on that stage. I've watched the speech from time to time. (y)

During the serious part of the clip, Diana Ross interrupts his speech to hand him the moon man. She wasn't even listening.

As they walk up, D shakes hands with Will Smith and then.....who is the next cat?

Also, I think Diana was maybe given the *wink wink* from someone and that was her way to try and hurry him up and shit. Definitely said, "Diana" too. Don't know why he'd say Janet actually.

So did Diana Ross give the award to Beastie Boys before or after she groped Lil Kim? That has to be the same awards show, right?

Hey this is pretty damn cool. Kathleen's blog made news and they call MTV out big time lol. Plus they mention Beastie Boys and Adam's speech and how it went virtually ignored and people seemed uncomfortable by it. It's like what's wrong with MTV? It's not like Adam's speech was taboo, it was just a general concern for the people in their audiences. Anyway che-check it out.

Ooh, thanks for the link. That sure puts it into perspective. And confirms that it was the same show when Diana Ross groped Kim.
