versions of HSC2

So on the Wikipedia site their is a deluxe edition listed featuring 3 more songs. Are these 3 tracks only available on the pre-orders and stuff or will Best Buy or Target have the special editions? Also, on Amazon they have the front and back cover and it appears that this is in a stupid digipak... grrr...

Every album and major release post-ill communication has been in a digipak, its not exactly surprising. I hope that there are some bonuses at other major retailers, it lame that the digital editions seem to get all the goodies
