Ugh I hate this. I usually don’t complain about leaks but when it comes to the Beasties it just makes me mad. I love the way they always think of something to bring the attention back on them. I think yeah this dirty version will leak too but again they will keep coming up with something to top it as they have been over the last several days. Good for them! I am not going to listen to the leaks but I will listen to whatever they post/approve on their site. The stream was good enough and I can definitely hold out for the album to come in the mail.

Great work Beastie Boys.. previews are common fare (same thing happened with TT5B)....and with the album coming out in Japan in a couple days, it was inevitable that the leaks would show up....the key to commercializing music is to keep it from becoming a commodity....hosting the leak keeps the monopoly on the unreleased tunes in the Beastie Boys hands.

ON a side note, its bee a real learning experiencing about musical fidelity to walk listeners through the MSG stream, the *clean* leak and now this hi quality soundcloud experience. The laymen should now be able to hear and compare the versions to understand how listening to (most) webstreams and MP3s robs them of the full experience.

yeah...no thanks, Make Some Noise is the only song i've heard off the album. I don't want to hear the rest of the album until I have the album in hand on 5/3. Finally a properly cropped (that's good quality) artwork for the album for digital music purposes on the streaming site. There is another evenly cropped artwork pic out there i found on google but the artwork is different. Same thing just probably an earlier version or different version that didn't make it.

I think they realize that it's pointless to try and stop the leak, especially when it's so close to the release date. If you can't beat them, might as well offer fans the best way to hear the album instead of censored, lower quality rips.

maybe better than the msg stream, but the clean version floating around (at least the two downloads I listened to) were far inferior to the current "filthy" stream on the main site. the one on the site is the best quality available by far.

I get what you are saying. I think the clean rip is not truly 320kbps. Most likely the original audio was ripped then converted to MP3 and the default output was set at 320kbps. The audio on the clean leak (regardless of what the MP3 ID tags say) was not recorded at 320kbps.

I'm lovin' what I've heard so far, but I feel it's not real until you pop in the CD and kick the volume up to 11, and hit 90+ mph........ Then It's real. That, and the smell of a new CD. Ironic huh? Its a rarity, I think it's just how awesome the beat is. And the pngicw seems like a santogold track to me because she is on it so much. Where as tmr nas is on it in just the right amount. and it could be I'm just not a huge santogold fan either.

I'd go with 324 is definitely a higher number that 276. But if you divide 324 by 3 you get 108. At least that's the way my math works out. :D

Got it off of ebay. Buy it now worked out to be $24.00 + $4.00 for shipping. Just pushing a button to get it was way easier then any other option, and the retail was $15.00, so I had no issue paying a little more, and its less then most on ebay. Quick shipping and was packaged well. If it winds up being the same as what comes with the deluxe package, I might look at trading one of them.
