Say It is funnily enough the one I keep thinking about. It's not one of my favourites, but something about it makes me always want to go back. OK is sort of the same; infectious but not something I rate off the bat.

I'll let you know next week. I have the clean version but I've only listened to:

Make Some Noise
Say It
Don't Play No Game
The Larry Routine
Lee Majors Come Again
Here's A Little Something For Ya

I did peep Non-Stop Disco Powerpack tonight since I played in one of my dj sets at the club. I'm holding out for the official release so I can stare at the lyric sheet for the first time and soak it all in with my ear goggles.

The Here's A Little Something For Ya beat is on a constant loop in my head. It's getting a bit annoying to be frank, even though it's my love for the track that has put in my head.

The Santi song is a lot like a rainy summer day. I'm feelin it, man. I'm feelin it. Here's a Little Somethin For Ya is just no-nonsense good shit too. Brehs, everytime I put it down it gets better when I put it back on.

I just gotta say this, the only track I'm NOT feeling is Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win. It just doesn't do it for me I guess... I don't know anything about this Santigold chick, never heard of her before I heard she was gonna be on this album. Now I've heard the track and I'm like "this is what all the fuss is about?"
I dunno man.

Yeah I'm warming to say it. Something for Ya gets better each time, and I already rated it. (y)

for me thus far it's tadlock's glasses

i don't want to hark on about what if's...the album is what it is and i like it just fine. but tadlock's glasses would have been such a fucking cool way to open an album. it gets better with every listen, but even the first time you're a bit like 'what the fuck was that' - in the best possible way. i mean, get rid of b-boys in the cut if you want...personally i'd have left it on there, but man tadlock's would have flipped the script a little on the typical big beasties opener.

edit: here's a little something for ya...that break is the break of the album!

I like how Too Many Rappers and Say It go together. I keep finding my self replaying Tadlock's Glasses, Lee Majors and Multilalteral over and over. Those three songs flow pretty well for three different styles. Don't Play No Game that I Can't Win is nice. Hell the whole album is nice.
