Skills To Pay The Bills is one of the best tracks they've ever done so I wouldn't say Pop Your Balloon is at that level, but it's pretty good for a b-side.

I guess..... I originally thought micodin was saying that PYB is just as good as STPB....and like I posted originally....it's pretty damn close! It's f'in hot!

Yeah, CJ. Maybe it's the timing. STPTB is probably a hotter song...

In the this time and era, PYB just seems like the hot b-side STPTB was/is.

I'll also go on the record and say Brr Stick Em was a hot b-side.

Just heard this and BBITC for first time today. PYB is really strong but its a slightly different feel to most of hsc2.

I'm gonna go out a limb and say it's not really much like either of those tracks.
But straight up. Brr Stick Em doesn't get the fucking kudos it should. That song is fucking ill.

The point of this thread was that PYB it's a banging B-Side like Skills.

Not that it "sounded" like it or any other B-Side from other B-Boys records or any other reference you can read into it.

It's a hot track that didn't make the album. It gets serious rotation from me now in '11 like Skills did in '92. Yes, it sounds different. Yes, Brr Stick 'Em was a dope B-Side as well. I'm just saying... Fuck. What was I saying?
