the download card that comes in the mail in about 2 weeks (lol) will not include the bonus tracks.

I guess thats why they e-mail you a link to download a zip of the album as soon as you e-mail them to complain. There was no delay at all between the time I sent the mail and receiving the download link so I'm pretty sure they know this wasn't what pre-order purchasers were expecting.
