I'm always criticizing people who pirate music, and I try to do the right thing and support artists, especially the ones that I really like (i.e. Beastie Boys).

So I pre-ordered Hot Sauce Committee Part II, it's 4 May, I live in Maryland, and my shit is in Los Angeles??? WTF?

Am I a sucker? Is this a ploy to get the people who love the Beastie Boys to buy it twice (because I'm tired of waiting for the shit to come in the mail)?

Come on guys, this is unacceptable. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I've been talking up this album on Facebook for months and I don't even have it yet.

For what it's worth you don't sound like a sucker to me at all but a true Beastie fan! I'm still waiting on mine too; I blame the mail and just tell myself it'll be any day, maybe tomorrow & we know unlike most of the crap out there it'll actually be real MUSIC worth waiting for! Hang in there

I don't blame the mail. I blame whoever had the responsibility of putting these packages in the mail. It seems like they weren't actually sent out until May 3rd. Inexcusable.

its really dissappointing. this is ruining my experience with the release of this album

I'm so upset. I know you can listen to it online, but come on.

Topspin said they miscommunicated by saying that it would be delivered by May 3, when they should have said it would be shipped by May 3.

we should all call our credit card companies and demand a refund, I already did, and am in the process of getting my money back.

I got a label in my mailbox with a UPS ticket with an address from TopSpinMedia and it says UPS confirm delivery but NO package. This is scary! UPS man better not have stole my Beastie’s or I will hunt him down and beat him senseless!!

Man. We've had the album on our computers legally since the 25th. Topsin sent out the digital version to make amends. So now we have it in our itunes and junk as well.

Yeah it's stupid we paid 90 bucks for it and we don't have physical copies, yet. But come on... It's a new Beastie Boys album. Enjoy the music and don't let the little things ruin it for you.
