I still can't believe the original plan was to make deluxe edition orders wait until late may to receive even mp3s.

I don't have a physical copy of the album, shirt, nothing....and I spent 90 dollars!

I wasn't expecting getting anything on the releaseday as I live in Sweden, but waiting until June or July feels not right. I'm surprised they've sent Jo's stuff seperately, I would prefer that as well, as then the customs maybe won't give that much attention to the package. I've already paid $99,99 for the package, wouldn't wanna add another $20 (or propably more) in custom charges....

For the record, I was just being silly. I thought the private courier thing would be the tip off but in retrospect it was just cofusing. Sorry everyone, sorry.

I also ordered the deluxe package and haven't gotten anything yet either. I expect we'll get everything all at once. I don't know what's up with JoLovesMCA getting stuff early but I suspect MCA probably hand selected her order and mailed her's to her as a gesture of personal gratidude. You hear that Jo? MCA . . . hands . . . deluxe package.

Nor have I gotten my RSD record yet but they e-mailed me (AFTER I got the e-mail saying mine had shipped, mind you) and said I would need to place my order again. They said they were overwhelmed by the process but were sorting through it. They were really cool and personable about the whole thing though.

Is anyone else having trouble with the link to download the album? I ordered the Deluxe vinyl package and can't get the link in the email to work. So bummed. Have only been able to listen to the album online under the Matt Pinfield interview.

OMG lol if that were HIM I’d DIE!!!!!!!!!! Maybe next time he’ll write a little note or something… It will say. “Thanks for making me laugh.” Because I know if he’s read anything I say he probably would. Anyway sorry so many aren’t getting their merch! Hope you guys get it soon!

I ordered the Hello Nasty re-issue CD/Tshirt about 3 weeks ago and have sent them 4 emails trying to figure out what the ETA of this package is...not one reply. Not ONE. 50 bucks into the ether. I'm a traveling man and need to plan if packages are coming when i'm away.

Topspin is a let down....we're actually paying for music.....you probably should pay attention.

Note : I do customer support all day long....so I understand the realities....but having a link to email "clayton" and then zero replies is just terrible service.

I must have gotten lucky because I just wrote them about my download link not working and I received a reply within 7 minutes with a new link. Maybe the 'Download' specific tech support is better than the shipping tech support. So sorry that you're having such a problem. Best of luck!

Well they did help me out with that...with the HSC link...which is crazy because that means someone is monitoring emails...just choosing not to answer the ones about my other order :(
