Hey all, it's been a while since I've been on and there might already be a thread similar to this but it's 10:30 at night and I'm too lazy to look. If so, shut it down. If not, speak up!

My next one is going to be a Japanese proverb that says: Fall seven times, stand up eight.

The "fall seven times" is going on my right forearm and "stand up eight" is going on my left forearm. I was going to have it done in Japanese but I've researched and I don't like how it looks. Besides, no one can read it.

Nice. My wife and I were at the zoo yesterday and we saw a woman wearing a tank top with five little footprints tattooed across the top of her back with each child's name above each print. It looked much better than it probably sounds.

Definitely take your time and put some thought into your first tattoo. I've still got a couple from my early twenties and every time I look at them I wonder what the fuck I was thinking.

Got a raven flying out of the clouds on my left shoulder done mid-March, going to Ireland this summer and getting my family crest on my chest. I got a Green man tattoo from trap to trap above my cross tattoo on my 21st bday (last year) and plan to fill in the remaining space on my left shoulder blade with two more ravens flying out of the clouds in seperate directions but still close together.

In total, I plan to have my upper back, both shoulders n chest inked up; a nice ring. All black/gray shadowing except for a colour piece for my mom on my right shoulder. I'm not the squeamish type about tattoos, but I also don't want them to be visible to the public unless I want them to be; there upto my neckline/t-shirt line, but I have to take my shirt off for them to be seen.

No. Haven't been locked up in almost three years. Got married, had a son, started a business with my wife. Not the same person I was four or five years ago.

I need to finish the top half of my arm off, not gonna go all the way down to my elbow, but want some faint blossom branches/flowers and strawberry vines to mingle with what's already there. I'd like a flock of birds up my side , maybe onto my back and i want a the outline of a hare filled with tiny coloured stars somewhere but won't do any of it until i'm 100% sure.
