FORWARD:
So I started this chronological playlist before the new album came out because I was so psyched about it that I just had to listen to the Beasties morning, day, and night. It's been over a month now of just listening to this over and over again but over time there has been many tweeks and adjustments. When HSCP2 came out, I cut out a lot of the songs I originally included because I wanted to get to new stuff as fast as possible while still enjoying the journey. Ill Communication was playing in its entirety but then got cut up. Also, I went from the entire Mix-Up and Mix-Up Deluxe albums to just my three favorite songs from the Mix-Up. But the flow into Make Some Noise is amazing as the very beginning sounds like it could be another instrumental and then BLAST your banging your head to some sweet, sweet hip hop again. For those who care, here it is:

PLAYLIST:
Intro Track to DJ Green Lantern's New York State of Mind Mix Tape
Timmy Sommer's intro to Egg Raid on Mojo on Some Old Bullshit
Egg Raid on Mojo (its a cleaner version than the Timmy Sommer's track)
Holy Snapper's
Timmy Sommer's intro to Transit Cop
Cooky Puss
Rhymin & Stealin
The New Style
Posse in Effect
Slow Ride
Paul Revere
Hold it Now, Hit it
Slow and Low
Time to Get Ill
Paul's Boutique (In it's entirety)
Check Your Head (In it's entirety)
So Whatcha Want (DJ Muggs Mix)
Skills to Pay the Bills
Something's Got to Give (Live; Root Down EP)
Groove Holmes (Live vs. Biz)
Drinkin' Wine
Sure Shot
Tough Guy
Bobo on the Corner
Root Down
Sabotage
Get it Together
Sabrosa
Alright Hear This
Eugene's Lament
Flute Loop
Dot It
Ricky's Theme
The Scoop
Transitions
The Vibes

Remote Control
Intergalactic
Sneaking Out of the Hospital
Flowin Prose
Three MC's and One DJ
Song for Junior
Dedication
Dr. Lee, PHD
Opening Scratch (Live Glasgow)
Putting Shame in Your Game (Prunes Remix)

NOTE: The transition from Opening Scratch to PSIYG is sick as Bix vs. the Nuge is playing live at the end of Opening Scratch and then it goes right into it again at the begining of PSIYG but this time all tripped out. This is my favorite part of the playlist.

The Negotiation Limerick File (Handsome Boy Modeling School Makeover)
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Body Movin' (Fatboy Slim Remix)
Intergalactic (Fuzzy Logic Remix)
Hail Sagan (Special K)
Alive
Check it Out
Three the Hard Way
Triple Trouble
Hey Fuck You
Rhyme a Rhyme Well (DJ Green Lantern Mix Tape)
Open Letter to NYC (DJ Green Lantern Mix Tape)
Electric Worm
Off the Grid
The Cousin of Death
Hot Sauce Committee Part 2 (I decided to swap out BBoys in the Cut for Funky Donkey [the only song on the new album that doesn't do it for me]... also you have to cut out The Larry Routine this way so you don't hear it twice in a row)

Of course everyone has their own preferences on songs but, for me, this is playlist is musical perfection. It keeps me rockin' on and on, on and on, on and on.....

FOTENOTE: It was necessary to change the start and stop times on some tracks in order to have smooth transitions from song to song. Also, a few tracks had to be cut dramatically, such as the beginning of Hail Sagan and the end of Somthing's Gotta Give (live version).
