Biz Markie Flexi Vinyl?

I found this tucked away in the sleeve of some old 7 inches I just rediscovered. I think it came out with Grand Royal Magazine #2 and its Biz Markie doing Benny & the Jets. Anyone know any more info on this? Am I sitting on a rare find here?
