i quit drinking light beer...
i went to lunch with the Paster at my church and he told me Jesus would prefer me not drink light beer and that ...IPA, Marble or Stout would be what Jesus likes....
So Ive gone on a Gunnies only diet that has been pretty good... I dont drink as much but still drink to much ...

Isn't that one of the commandments? Thou shalt not drink light beer? I'm sure it's gotta be in there somewhere.
Anyway, I like a little Guinness but not much. It's too heavy....weighs me down.....really screws up my whole walking on water thing. Quite embarrassing.
love Guinness - or any stout really.
I tend to keep to only stout and whisky now for my drinks. It's like when you hit 25 you've tasted what most drinks can offer and you settle for a couple. Or maybe I'm just old.
I've never understood light beer and you generally never really see it over here.

Guinness is always my fall back if nothing else looks good on tap. I never understand why someone orders a Bud Light. icky. just go drink some toilet water...it's free!
I love light beer. Esp. miller.
Miller light and stoli on the rocks is my diet ....
a little tequila at times
Nah, I like beer as thick as treacle. When they pull a pint of guinness it should take about 30 minutes and have twigs floating in it with the pumps not cleaned since the 70s.
Hmmmms.
Although I was drinking porter last night - that is kinda like light beer I suppose
Light beer is for people that don't like beer.

I love bud light!
I hate most beer though, don't have the palate for it. I do love sour ales the best, bu they are hard to find and tend to be about $7-12 a pint...which is too much for my working class budget.
I drink belgian beers if I'm feeling fancy. I can only stomach one guinness, and it's sips and grimaces at first til I get used to it.
I quite enjoy top shelf liquor though, whiskey, vodka, gin...not too big a fan of rum, but I'll drink it in a mixed drink.
and I'll even drink shitty whiskey on the rocks with a splash of water and maybe a little lemon juice. or a nice scotch on the rocks, it tastes like tobacco (in a good way, I think), and makes me feel like an important old man.

You can survive on a diet of Guiness and vitamin C supplements, lose about 15lbs in the process too.

I thought that was Guinness and Milk?
Also, I dunno why this bothers me as I'm not great at spelling but a lot of americans spell Guinness with one 'n' (Guiness), it has two. At one point I actually thought it was rebranded with one n across the pond, found out it was just that age old tradition of losing a letter every so often in words (normally a u though). But this time it's just wrong, no official loss.

I tried this over the past three days and gained 5 pounds. I guess I should have not added the ice cream, chili and pizza to the mix.
