Hey guys,
Has anyone bought any of the RE-issues lately? I purchased the Hello Nasty CD/Shirt over a month ago and I am not able to get any traction with TopSpin. They're useless. I've sent a bunch of emails looking for updates on shipping or even to know if they've got the order....zero replies. They did happily take my money.
Has anyone else bought the HN re-issue lately or have any tips on how to get someone at TopSpin to pay attention?
I"m afraid they're just lumping my shit into whatever Hot Sauce stuff they have going on, or worse, they've just spaced on my order all together.

yeah, i ordered it from topspin when it was released..still waiting for it..
hopefully i will get my hsc deluxe package

a couple of times, no answer!
did not get any mail confirming it been shipped either..
it could have got lost somewhere as well, dont know.
but reading on the board that people not getting their orders gets me a bit worried.
but they can not fuck up two times?!?
i hope you get your cd soon

I'm not going to give up. I'll attack it from my credit card company if I have to so I can get my money back.
I just wished they'd actually respond. They've been very responsive about Hot Sauce related stuff, but won't respond to the re-issue.

I ordered the hot sauce cd and t-shirt and still haven't received it. I've sent 4 emails and they haven't responded.
I filed a BBB complaint late last week. We'll see if they respond to that.
I'll never order anything from the Beastie Boys website if they continue to employ Topspin Media.
I was just going to buy the cd from Best Buy or somewhere like that and I thought I'd support the artists from ordering directly from their website and by doing that, I got screwed.

Solved!
I even got a phone call from their head of customer support. (no Mike D, but she was very nice!)
To sum it up, there was a software issue and some orders were missed.
Anyone else who has not received their re-issues should be aware that there was a problem with some orders
and that you should probably put on a full court press like I did to make them aware your order was missed.
(although it was said they've done a deep dive to uncover all missed orders...so maybe give it a week or so before you jump)
I get it, I support software and shit happens. I'm just glad I was finally able to talk to a human who could fix it.
