It was only a matter of time one of these guys would die - Hate to say it but I thought Steve-O would've beatin' them all to the punch.

Jackass” star Ryan Dunn, who along with his castmates made Americans cringe and snicker through vulgar stunts in their multimillion-dollar TV and movie franchise, was killed early Monday in a fiery car crash. He was 34.

His longtime friend and fellow "Jackass" daredevil Johnny Knoxville tweeted on Monday afternoon, "Today I lost my brother Ryan Dunn. My heart goes out to his family and his beloved Angie. RIP Ryan, I love you buddy."

it's a shame, but these guys truly believe they are indestructible, with ego and drugs added to the mix - they're dangerous.

"Suspected DWI", there was a picture of him that night with a drink in his hand, that's the only 'evidence'. But unfair at this stage to start making these assumptions.

Anyway, RIP Dunn.

This is so sad. :( Sounds like it was just an accident. I dunno, I hate to hear this. If he was drinking and speeding well shit it's not worth it man..

The West Chester, PA faction used to frequent the Kildare's Irish Pub in King of Prussia, get completely smashed off whiskey, and then take off in their 6 figure rides. It is sad to hear of anyone that young dying, but I agree.

and at that time 3/330 am thats end of the party time.

the end of the title of this thread is unnecessary. its seems like a dig at him.

well if he was drinking then that's one less drunken reckless retard off the streets.

and if he wasn't drinking then he's still a reckless retard speeding around in a porche.

fucking jackass

farewell to the 2nd cutest jackass, with the #1 best beard. :(

he's dead and he took someone with him, don't really see the point of tsk tsking....the whole live fast die young thing is always gonna be appealing to certain people.

I don't wish death on anyone but I have to agree with this. I can't tell you how many times I've had to jump out of the way of someone flying down the street.....and this is when I've had my son in the stroller....not like I'm just walking around by myself. People just don't give a fuck anymore. And that's when they're sober.

WEST GOSHEN - West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll said Wednesday that "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn's blood alcohol content (BAC) was more than twice the state's legal limit and he may have been traveling as fast as 140 mph at the time Dunn crashed his Porsche Monday morning, killing himself and his passenger.

Carroll said Dunn's BAC was .196 at the time of the accident. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is .08. Carroll said alcohol was the only substance in Dunn's system.

he got extremely wasted, drove extremely fast, and paid the ultimate price

I would think you'd be more concerned about his reckless and destructive actions that killed him and a friend than a "dig"

I feel bad for him, his family, and friends - but what he did was exceptionally and unacceptably stupid.

check out this discussion between Bam, April, and someone else concerning his driving - they expected this.

What was he thinking driving 130 to 140mph. That's insane! And that road the way it curves! Going that fast around that corner intoxicated. People think they are invincible. I hope he doesn't die in vain and other people who do this will think twice next time!

Here's hoping - but that seems to always be the wish when a celebrity dies in such a manner. How many people die everyday because of driving drunk/fast and how many lessons are learned from it?

If anything, here's hoping it helps his friends address any emotional/addictive/destructive behaviors within their ranks.

They stepped it up for Steve-O and surprisingly it has helped him out considerably, and he seems to be one of the more unstable characters in the bunch.

I truly believe Knoxville wants to die on camera - some of the stunts he does are without a doubt the most suicidal (a big rocket? letting a bull charge him).

They tempt fate for fame and don't leave it with the movie/shows.

The two DWIs I accumulated my BAC was .195 and .25. The .195 involved my old P.U. Truck rolling down a ravine above Seattle's Lake Union and the .25 I was driving downtown one way on a one way street the wrong way. Both times I had been drinking for hours, half a day to a full day. Both times I was fucking blotto and in and out of blackouts. I was a complete fucking asshole to be driving. Why nobody got hurt I'm not too sure, I drove drunk for years and it's not irresponsible, it's criminal. I readily admit I was a complete fucking asshole. I quit drinking and now I go out of my way to be a designated driver.... Even though my tolerance for the bar scene/drunken party's is beginning to wane rapidly. Plus friends in AA say I shouldn't hang out around the booze. I feel badly for Dunn's family and friends, it's a horrific time in their lives, being around alcohol most of my life these sort of stories recur with way too much frequency. It's truly tragic.

I gotta say, I went to a pissy lunch and ended up driving my car home later that night. It was at about 1am after having slowed down my drinking considerably for the latter part of the evening, and I felt like the biggest fucking piece of shit for it.

I was ok to drive in terms of staying on the road, but a breathalyser would have definitely cost me my license. First and very last time I will ever do that. I usually leave the car at the office if there's a lunch or something, but I wound up escorting a colleague on the train back to their car at the office and thought "fuck it". Idiot. (n) So lucky I didn't hit anything/one, too.

I cant judge because I have drove home to many times after drinking to much ... I am lucky I never hurt anyone or myself...

Today, I play by the never get a DWI rule, as in my state first time dwi means go to jail and pay $2000 to get an interlock device in your car so you have to blow into the device before you start the car for a year. Not to mention the Operation DWI checkpoints through out the state..

So I wanted to share a personal DWI story of mine ... 15 years ago or so I was loaded and drove my wife and I home after a late night including a Hockey game ... I passed out while driving home and the car jerked hard right and I woke up and found myself driving in the wrong lane and driving toward the ditch on the side of the road.... I got lucky I did not kill someone or die myself. Grabbed the wheel and got back on track.

SO my wife in her genius decided she needed to help me stay awake for the next 15 minutes until we got home so she unzipped my pants and went down on me ... that part was great and sure enough we made it home safe...

RIP Mr. Dunn

Just sayin..:o

Hah, Didn't mean to sound like I was boasting, and my stories to explain myself are vulger to say the least - and won't dish them out unless provoked - which only happened once or twice when I was young and fucking dumb! I eventually cut it down to only driving home when I was in the hood, and now that I'm grown up some; not at all.

I think it's fair to call it murder/suicide with that high of a BAC and that powerful of a vehicle.

Once I blacked out and hit my head and these people thought I had head trauma but really I was just completely wasted (but somehow still functioning) so I ended up at the hospital where they drew my blood and found out my blood alcohol level was .418.... No lie. Glad I wasn't driving a Porsche GT3...

I'm amazed by the number of items that have been left for Dunn and Hartwell. It continues to get bigger everyday and people are still standing on the side of the road just gazing at the woods.

Guess it's better than last week when "fans" were taking random pieces that had fallen off the car to put on ebay.
Sick.
