Are these rare? I don't see many of them around. In NZ the only I've seen in stores has been Paul's Boutique. I see the others on ebay, but theres not many copies. And they aint in the b-boys store.

Prolly shoulda got them two years ago. Don't know what I was thinking.

the sound quality is really amazing on paul's boutique and hello nasty and really worth buying.
check your head and ill commuication are kinda demo/rough sounding albums and thats the way their supposed to be so i don't notice the remastering so much but the bonus discs are amazing.
It depends on how much your a fan and how much money you have.I don't regret buying all four and now I never listen to my old copies.
The one I like best is Paul's boutique because the sound quality is so much better than my 1989 cd,even though its the only one without a bonus disc.

True dat, B-sides not so neccesary but it would have been nice to get the Shadrach and Love American Style EP's on CD. Might pick that up first.

Also why have the deluxe vinyls not yet sold? I feel like I need them

Hate to triple post but just got the Paul's Boutique remaster. Had to be ultra nerdy and chuck the Remaster in one CD player and the original in the other. Started with the original, was digging the sounds, swapped over to the Remaster and felt the bass immediately, although on first impression the bass seemed a little forced and unnecessary.

Kinda just feels like a bit of an EQ, which I guess perhaps it is. But maybe its just this stereo, I'll try it on a few others and let it settle in. Anyhow, good to finally have a remaster, might leave the other cds for a few years though, seeing as I plowed $400 New Zealand into the vinyls, which I may never open.

So all, spent about $700 on the Beasties this year so far... ..way to take a passion to the level of an obsession eh...

Im just gonna have to quadruple post and say fuck it, that bass Hello Brooklyn was insane, and the cover art is ten times more betterer. Perhaps first impressions arent always correct

The remasters are just awesome. Pretty crappy bonus CD's on most of 'em, though.
