Hey I gotta say that last years me and the betta seeing Exodus in BKK was the Highlight of the year. We saw Kool & the Gang also but Exodus was a long time in the wait.
I've been all about this band since '86 and for the rubber to finally hit the road made my year.
Tracks played were
The Ballad of Leonard & Charles : Unfuckingbelievable. As subtle as a kick to the teeth
Beyond the Pale : I saw RD bf the show and let it be known that was my favorite Track from the New
And then there were None : Fun Song Live
Iconoclasm: Don't really like it: Funeral Hymn is a helluva lot betta and Garden of Bleeding a close 2nd
Blacklist
Piranha
A Lesson in Violence
War is my Shepard
Deathamphetimine
Strike of the Beast : My Hand to whatever it is you hold true and believe, RD gave ME a shout out bf that song telling about how Me and Mint went and saw the band last Hurrah but didn't get to see them so he said that song went out to me. I admit I'm not crazy about it: I like Deliver Us to Evil & No Love from that era but still that was Bad As Fuck
Toxic Waltz: RD asked "What song u wanna hear?" and screamed "Funeral Hymn" and he laughed and said SU
Good Riddance Great Closer. In fact, I can't think of a better closer.
