Thats how long it took me to realize.

Finished work, picked son up from nursery, drove home , said hello to wife and daughter. Then son asked for Cars on dvd. I downloaded it yesterday for him (he is three). It took me forty two minutes of it being on to realise it was in japanese. oops. He's still watching it now, transfixed. He'll probably greet me with a konichiwa tomorrow morning now.

As an aside, that it is also how long it would take you to reach Japan if you had a tunnel that went stright through the earth from wherever you are to Tokyo, assuming you just fell in and let gravity do the rest.
