Lollapalooza 1994 at Shoreline Amp. In Mountain View , CA


I need some help with this. In 1994 The Beastie Boys played 2 nights in Mountain View California. I am putting something together and I am trying to figure out what day the Beastie Boys were Playing a few Songs under the Lollapalooza Tent ( Before the main show started ) They were playing Instruments only ( no rap ). This was a huge surprise for fans , but I can't remember if it was on the 1st or 2nd Day in Mountain View CA , at the Shorline Amp. . Was it Aug. 27 ( Sat. ) or Aug. 28 ( Sun ) in 1994. Did anybody go to these shows ?

I am not sure which day it was at in Mountain View CA, but what you're referring to was the performances that the Beastie Boys would do at Reverend Samuel Mudd's Revival Tent (Lollapalooza 1994). They would do those periodically during the summer's tour.
