how to return/exchange merchandise?

my girlfriend got me the red bboys shirt with the three faces recently for my bday. however she got the size too small. i dont see a way to return it for a bigger size. anyone?

Looks like they're sold through topspin and would have to contact them, here's their refund policy and support site found at the bottom of the product page that pops up when you click 'buy' in the Beastie store http://support.topspinmedia.com/entries/304302-what-s-the-refund-policy-for-purchases

Looks like they don't refund if you picked the wrong color or size, though I still think it's in your rights to request a refund regardless all stores should allow this, not sure though. Failing that could to sell it.

I'm no expert in how it works in the Americas, but surely you have the right to an exchange (note: not a refund) where the good is the wrong size?

If only there were a poster on this forum who dealt exclusively in boring legal facts.

i bought a shirt at a show and exchanged it for size via the website...so they'll do it.
