Albums Beastie Boys like

On Itunes the other day, the Beastie Boys page had a sidebar with about 8 albums "liked" by the Beastie Boys - ... One was a re-release of 2 Galt McDermott LPs from the late '60's, which I downloaded, but the next day when I went back to Itunes, the page seemed to be modified and the albums "liked" by the Beastie's was gone... Anyone else catch that?

Beasties#1Fan: I'm sure you've bought plenty of beasties stuff on Itunes, and I do trust you. But I'm not making it up, like I said it was only up for like 1 day. I think it was a special sale for Hot Sauce Committee, and then the next day it was gone. Seriously, it was like 4 days ago.

I'm a pretty big fan too, for a while now, hence most of my Beasties stuff is pre-mp3 era, and since I have a vinyl to mp3 converter, I haven't really needed to go to Itunes for my Beastie library. About the only Beastie stuff I've had to go to Itunes for is the bonus tracks from the Mix-Up... Beasties#1Fan, are you really young or something?

i just looked at the purchase date, and I purchased it on August 2nd at 10am central... That's when the special page was up. Then on the 3rd, it was gone.

Same, i've never needed to buy songs off itunes, except for pop your balloon & bboys in the cut. But anyways why would you ask if im young?

anyways, anyone else catch that on itunes? I was trying to remember what the other recordings were or if there was a link to that same page and I just couldn't find it. but I think it is gone forever.

sucks nobody else saw this. why would they put it up for just a second like that? maybe it will be back. I always love to check out what my favorite musicians like to listen to, and of course the beastie always display impeccable taste.

i agree that galt is the main mane.
