Yeah, it is. What's funny is that I've even sent invitations to a few of my facebook friends but nobody has logged in yet. From the feedback I've heard so far, no one seems to give a shit about G+.

i think its built better than facebook but it doesn't really seem to integrate as well.

someone sent me some open source add on so that i could add my twitter feed into + but i haven't really tried to mess with it yet.

Only accepted invitation today and that is my invite link. I get 150 so once they're gone they're gone but I'm sure it'll be fully open soon. It is kinda dead though, I had a 10 minute play but it does seem a nice interface but it's missing the users and just like twitter when more people it'll become more useful to us all.
