Houston Press' BestFest, a music/food/arts festival (http://microapp.houstonpress.com/bestfest/2011/)
I think they are still looking for bands to add to their line up.
BTW the Houston Press is a local paper and is considered by many to be a "liberal" publication.....which to me means it's really interesting to read! :)
