I assumed at first that you meant the Sebastian remix, but I should have known that you are much more thorough than that. I can't place the audio with any of the remixes that I have. Forgive me for just catching up to your train of thought, but...

My initial reaction was that the audio at 4:13 was created specifically for the video, then layered with other audio. This is possible, but unlikely due to the brevity of the sample. Why would anyone go to those lengths to create such a small snippet of audio for the video. This makes me believe that there is a remix that contains the snippet.

So my guess is (and it is just a guess) it comes from an alternate remix. It seems like the style is most like the Sebastian remix. Maybe he submitted two, or maybe the remix that was released was edited.

Nonetheless, good catch. I will follow up on this one.

Yeah I'm thinking it might be an alternate SebastiAn remix or maybe even the version that was released was edited down to 3ish minutes from like 5 or 6.
