Yeah I love these performances. I actually think for a lot of the honourees the Beasties are almost uncomfortably good. In the RRNN vid, the props MCA receives around 1:52 is gold.

this is awesome. I wish i had some footage to show you all what it was like seeing them at Bestival, on the Sunday afternoon. It lacked all the manic excited atmosphere of your clip, but i can't convey how lucky i feel to have got such a close, intimate gig with them! On a sunny afternoon...it was empty enough out front for Yauch to check that i was just in beastie heaven...couldn't get the grin of my face and he gave me a wave. Now THAT was goosebumps!! :p

On the "Sucker MC's" video.....

I've probably watched that video 50x, and while you see a lot of concert footage of the Beastie Boys, you rarely see video of them performing in front of their peers, just seeing the rich and famous head bobbin' to the Beasties makes me smile every time I watch.
