if USA Tax system was simple

if we simplified our tax system the average person might understand it and I am sure that cant be good. Do we really need to understand our Tax system and is being equal and fair really that important?

Seems changing our tax system now is unfair to those who have worked hard to understand the loopholes and use the thousand page code as a tool for personal gain at the cost of others.

Plus the Government needs to decide who should get tax breaks, because you know they pick winners.

theres CPA's and tax professions in every town in america.

why don't you ever hear people complaining about simplying other areas of law, and getting rid of lawyers all together.... why can't it be simple enough for me to defend myself at a murder trial, or in a liability lawsuit???

simple taxes would still need cpa's

I am sure OJ would be upset with an equal justice system for all. I would love to change our Justice system also, but I am talking taxes.
