apparently find men more attractive in suits…(according to men's warehouse, anyways…only at weddings and funeral, preferably…not that I don’t look good in my monkey man…it’s just that it’s October, I’m wearing shorts, looking good and getting paid…the weather will dictate a change a week or so, though… 5 day's a week?...neva,eva,eva...

It's because ladies associate suits with having a job, and therefore having money. However, if your ice, grill, and slab are all dope as fuck, then they should have no problem ascertaining this fact.

It also should be said(and the Men's Warehouse can't say this) that if you combine an iced down grill with a suit, you will be swimming in love juices until next Labor Day.

I'm CMute Rhyme, and I guarantee it.

I love when my guy wears a suit. nice clean lines and it's well-tailored to him. suits (slim-fitting, none of that boxy 80s garbage) look good and every dude should have one.

i don't really mind wearing a suit, but i absolutely refuse to wear a tie

thankfully my job doesn't dictate much in the way of a dress code so me wearing a collared shirt is considered fancy.

where is adam_f when i need him?

I reckon I look passable in a suit. When I had the beard it made me look like a fancy deviant. That was alright.

ahahaha Yip! How did you know? =)
Actually I just wanted to point out what works for most of women. As for what works for me > that sportish, leisure look I've mentioned before or skin-naked or sth extremely eccentric and unique ;)
btw, it's true that ladies associate suits with men with good jobs, money and stability but when I see a guy in a suit leads only to 3 impressions:

1. he's self-confident (and yea, that is sexy)
2. he's having a problems with his cocksure :p and trying to compensate it with a penguin style (not good)
3. he's heading to some celebration party and hate it (sadly cute)

One of the great things about being here in Shanghai is all the places to get custom clothing, at a fraction of the price of buying off the rack back home. Mr.p has had 3 or 4 custom suits made and he does not often wear suits but when he does, oh my word does he look the business.

Btw I think a suit can look great on most guys.....IF it is tailored properly, it uses classic lines and a low-key tie is paired up with it.

i kinda like the way i look in a suit, but dress shoes can blow me. i like the way i look in those too but they're so uncomfortableI finally gave up using "proper" dress shoes for this exact reason. Though my career does not require me to wear a suit, when I DO wear one for weddings, special staff meetings and such I want to be comfortable. So I finally went out and bought some dark colored (I think it's called dark cherry on the box) loafers from Bass for just $55. While they don't exactly feel like my New Balance running shoes, they feel fine and more importantly they don't hurt - and I do mean hurt - my feet like a pair of stiff-ass Bostonian wingtips I used to suffer with ($100 for those damn things ).

I sure hope you didn't honestly think it was me.

I like you, Jo, I really like you.

I just have an odd way of showing affection 'round here.

but seriously, the Mix Up/Gala Event "suit" era for the Beastie Boys was one of my favorites.

I wasn't even in to suits or anything like that until they encouraged fans to "Dress To Impress" the way they did for their Instrumental Nights during that phase...

During King Louis XIV’s 72 year reign a paradigm shift in male attire was becoming apparent.

Around 1650 men had stopped wearing the doublet, hose, and cloak, fundamentals of a man's wardrobe since early in the sixteenth century. During Louis XIV reign men started to wear coats, vests, and breeches which we can recognize three components of modern male attire.
