They aren't too bad! They kept the flow going really well. ;) I tell you the ones who I love to watch are those School of Rock kids. Love em, they rock. They cover a lot of Beasties.

Ahh, i guess i just dont like tribute bands in general, its like..if they took it as a joke..then i guess it would be cool. but some take it seriously. & its like..whats the point. they dont sound nearly as cool as the original, so why do it?! maybe for laughs.(y)

Well no they definitely can't be considered serious or near the level of the Beasties, but the way I always view this sort of thing is that it's really cool to see so many people eager to pay homage to them by doing something like this, even if it is cheesy!

Yeah, thats defiantly the positive stand-point! which is good, but idk..i guess it just irritates me because...they sound ridiculous. D:

I FUCKING HATE Tribute Bands. I get this odd feeling of rage when I am exposed to one.

Bar cover bands are almost as bad, but there is something spectacularly pathetic about tribute bands.

I first got this feeling when I saw a KISS tribute band, so I am in.

People pretending to be the Beasties never works, it's like people who dress up as the Ghostbusters they always look lame, only the original stars can pull it off. Although thinking about it, I think Beastie Boys and the Ghostbusters are the only people I would allow and could pull off switching each others roles for the day.
