Whaddup, dips!

I'm talkin dips, any of y'all got some dishes you'd care to share? The snow is poundin' down and the holiday season is in the air w annual Christmas parties approaching; I'd like to kill a mean dip, any recipes floatin around here?

I only know the standard beef(taco mix)-sourcream-cheese approach, maybe dice up some jalapenos/white onions..but that's about it.

So lets here what you're rockin, mind you it doesn't have to be solely dips, anything worth bringing to a party for others to enjoy would be appreciated.

Liptauer:

1 package cream cheese

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds

1 tablespoon of capers

1/2 teaspoon paprika

5 gherkins

bowl o'mayo
squeeze of lemon juice
1 chipotle pepper diced up and about a tbp of its adobo sauce.

I dip fries in this, but it's good with veggies and chips too. and fucking amazing on a burger.
