I don't know if you remember the thread I made about when I ran into my old tenant's Jeep with my Jeep.

Anyhow, he has moved out at the end of October. He found a house with his wife, I'm happy for them. They were the best tenants ever.

So since they moved out, I have 2 new tenants that moved in the first of this month. Great people. Husband and wife, wife is a school teacher and hubby is a train conductor.

I feel like a shithead now because the hubby works from 10PM-6AM which means he comes home to sleep at around 7AM to get ready for his overnight shift.

Well, I have a crew working in my basement doing renovations during the day starting at 9AM to 8PM and they didn't start doing work until the first day they moved in upstairs. It's loud work, sawing, drilling and ever jackhammers.

I haven't seen his Jeep and yes, he drives a Jeep, same color and model as my old tenant's Jeep, outside since the renovation crew has started working. I'm thinking maybe he sleeps at his parent's place. I text his wife and apologize and she tells me it's no problem. I think maybe I'll give them free cable instead of charging them for it.

As someone who works 7p-7:30a....and also someone who has endured horrible landlords that weren't considerate to my sleep schedule for renovations...that would be wicked awesome of you to do that for them. They will greatly appreciate how considerate you are!
