so cool man...
the only thing i wished for watching this was some more wide shots of the spaces - lotsa close to tight shots there
hope to get a more ambient wide open feel for the place on the extended cut (y)
thank you guys, the feel is quality as fuck - good shitz

Wow, that was super cool! thanks for sharing.
i love to see the old beastie boys rare pictures, and to hear them talk about grand royal and XL, that was great!(y)

I randomly found this on the X-Large site. I totally agree with you... shots could've been wider and could've explore the area better but nonetheless is a cool insight of (in my opinion the best beastie era aside from Paul's Boutique) I found it very interesting that Diplo is running his operation from There. Kudos!

I love seeing the outside of the place and seeing the exact roof they stood on in the Pass the Mic video.
Awesome, thanks so much!!!

there's nothing more refreshing and humbling knowing how completely wrong you were on a subject and realizing that you knew nothing of the matter in the first place.

i assumed the insurance company in the front had bought them out and that the Mad Decent office in NYC was where Diplo was working out of.
no backpedaling- wrong on all accounts.
it's still dope to go back to the alley and see the video location for pass the mic. it looks like the entrance to all these locations is through the back.
thanks for the update, the legacy lives on.
