Bazzini is a company that distributes varieties of nuts and has been around a long time in the NY area.

My guess is that possibly one of the Bboys knew, or knew of 'Mike Bazzini' and dropped his name.

to me, "like my name is Mike Bazzini" is Mike D's way of saying he is at the topmost authority on straight up nuts, like he is the CEO of the Bazzini nut factory.
