A man with a camera on his shoe accused of taking “up-skirt” videos was arrested at the Seattle Home Show Friday.

Video obtained by KIRO 7 Eyewitness News showed the woman's husband pinning the accused man, Daniel Kreiter, to the ground at CenturyLink Field Event Center.
