I don't think religion matters as much as people think. Bush is a Christian, but does a real Christian ever start wars? Not only Iraq, but after 9-11 happened a Christian would "turn the other cheek." Supposedly, Jesus said: "You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.' But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also."

It's all about the military-industrial complex. It's all about the "establishment," lobbysists, corporations, etc. Obama seemed like a liberal but he sort of went to the middle during his presidency.
