Substitute rant:

A chocolate delivery van tried to kill me this morning...I was crossing on the walk sign and the driver was going right on the red...I Dustin Hoffman aka Ratso'd the hell out her hood...the adrenaline is wearing off...I want to go home...have placed call to chocolate company H.Q...they had better not offer me chocolate as compensation or I'm gonna wig...

My rant and then deleting of it can be put down to my mood. I'm just in a rut that I shouldn't be in. All minor stuff and although it's a cliché - all I want is a job to feel useful again, to have money again and get back into black.

My gf kinda all of this but finds it boring. I'm taking on more debt and finding it hard to get work. I'm getting interviews plus volunteering and studying etc so something will eventually come my way but I just can't find the patience to tolerate much bullshit when she is throwing her toys around because her job is boring.

Keep your chin up man. Feeling useful, being appreciated, and keeping busy are great motivators and if you're missing those, then it's easy to see why you're down..

I know we all have our woes and it's not easy for anyone. I don't know how hard or easy the next guy has it so I try to keep my bitching to a minimum.

I know how lucky I am. I've had breaks in my life. I've made fuck up, been up and down. I think I've mellowed out now and try to keep a positive spin on my cynicism.

I'm volunteering with St John Ambulance this week for the marathon, which has been fun but fairly hard work. Might help me get a job but it has made me feel less useless for a change. I'm just sick of all these bills coming in asking for money. I DON'T HAVE ANY!!
