California-based photographer Sunny Bak has generously offered to support the PWR2MCA project by auctioning off a solo shot of Adam Yauch previously UNSEEN anywhere.

Sunny’s iconic images of the Beastie Boys during the Licensed To Ill era are instantly recognisable to fans worldwide.

All proceeds will be split between Prop8films.org (http://bbs.beastieboys.com/Prop8films.org) and a charity of Adam Yauch’s choosing (to be announced: Sunny will confirm with Adam).

Auction ends June 1st, 2012; so y’all have plenty of time to get the word out!

Because of this thread and the PWR2MCA project I was able to procure an old Sunny Bak print of Adam from the 1980's. Thanks again to ms pacman and Sunny Bak for organizing /participating. With Ms. Bak's blessing, I look forward to sharing the image with everyone. It is truly one of a kind.

I went ahead and titled it "Tears runnin' down my face..."

I don't even know if the photo I received was the one up for auction, I hope I didn't step on anyone's toes. I just offered a donation amount and she accommodated my request!
