Fight For Your Right (Revisited) HD Download?

Anyone know if an HD version is available anywhere? I know it was offered as part of a deluxe pre-sale package for HSCP2 which I'm kicking myself for cheaping out on and not getting. I've got the heavily compressed, SD version from iTunes that came w/ the full album. I noticed too that Hulu only has it streaming at 480p. I'm pretty sure I saw it stream there in HD when it was first released.

I've tried to scour the nets and these boards for any word on it but haven't been able to come up with anything. Thanks if you know anything.

After revisiting my Criterion Collection BB Video Collection I was thinking it would be great to do an HD re-master including the newer videos. And with all the Yauch love being passed around, I just wanted to remind all the film nerds out there about this one:

Found a 720p DivX. Waaaaaay better than the SD version from iTunes. Still not as awesome as I'd like...but it'll do. Now, if only I can figure out how to convert it to QT to get it into iTunes...

The HSCP2 Blu-ray/dvd package is the best way to get it.

-A hard-bound book with exclusive photos, from the "Fight For Your Right Revised" video shoot.

-1 Blu-Ray disc with 5.1 surround sound audio of "Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2", remixes & videos.

-1 DVD disc with 5.1 surround sound audio of "Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2", remixes & videos. (same content as the Blu-Ray disc)

-Limited to 5,000 units

It's still available in Record Stores, Amazon, eBay, all over the place.
