it was years ago and i feel pretty dumb about it. a bunch accepted, a bunch didn't, and a few accepted and then unfriended me later. two of those were mormons who probably weren't pleased with my swearing and my posts about how i didn't think the gays were terrible—one of them posted, around the time california's prop 8 passed and people were protesting, something to the effect of: "i don't understand why people can't just accept the opinion of the majority?" which was pretty clearly dog whistle code for "gays are gross lol"

anyway the hot girl hasn't unfriended me yet so i'm still in this as far as i'm concerned

Most of the hot girls at my school that I saw years later were all pushing strollers or tugging a toddler along and didn't look that hot any more.

Most that I have befriended via facebook later have kids now and their status updates are "Got to get xxx ready for school, he won't put on his jacket lol" or post 100 photos of the same look of their sprog.

Anyway, the few who haven't had kids are generally hot now. My conclusion is that kids take a lot of hotness out of you.
