1. they introduced and passed a bill in 4 days to honor the late great MCA and to recognize the impact he had as a New Yorker on music, culture, and humanitarian issues.

I guess the family gets a piece of paper. It's a nice gesture. Now, they need to get going on an honorary street sign, hopefully by his 50th birthday.
