I found this record the other day:

Pretty sure the beasties were influenced by this for the Mix up album cover. Especially since it's a Moog record.

That's another cool influence. I have a copy of that record.

I mentioned this in another thread but the back cover of check your head is influenced from the back cover of sly and the family stone's there's a riot goin' on.

During the last 10 minutes of the incredibly bad but hilarious ”Death Wish 3” (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089003/) Bronson walks up the street blasting bad guy's and passing by a mural that looks amazingly close to the cover art...I kid you not...seriously,that's how much I have this band on my mind all the time...

It was too much money so I didn't end up buying it. You can check out some clips on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8AKP4Tw9sE
Not really my type of music.

There is a link on the page you first shared with a free dl https://rapidshare.com/#!download|205p9|170102916|The_Amazing_New_Electro nic_Pop_Sound_Of_Jean-Jacques_Perrey.rar|46565|R~6DB5B641FF1C48488CD8646 6ED451493|0|0

It wasn't anything special but I can hear how the Beastie would have found some enjoyment in it...
