I've had that PBS special loaded up on my DVR for a few weeks, I had best get to watching it this weekend.
Mr. Rogers is amazing on so many levels, for me he represents a center to look back on, to actually see on how far off the wheels so many of us travel in life.
His kindness is off the charts.

I agree...watching Mr. Rogers is like going to a safe place when the world gets too crazy. It brings you back to the place when the only thing you had to worry about is if your friends were going to be able to hang out after school.
Such a drastic change to what is offered to kids nowadays....

No, Mr. Roger's died back in 2003. I remember being really sad over it.
