Anyone else think these are viable alternatives for one or two people?
To see what I mean here's an article about them:

If you've ever lived in a college dorm, you'll probably get flashbacks to that time :D but these homes are much classier and livable. Btw the local Ikea store has a (IIRC) 600sq.ft. "home" set up in their store, and I thought it was pretty comfortable.
