Mine all tend to be really practical stuff (Shanghai street & metro maps, translation apps like Plec, apps for learning Hanzi characters of expanding vocab etc.) That and radio stations I like.

I really like guitar apps, like "Cleartune - Chromatic Tuner" there are lots of great music apps for different styles of tuning anything.

It's handy and the girls like it too.

Call me crazy but I only talk and text on my phone...but I have a Blackberry that was issued to me at work. Don't feel to sorry for me because I do not have to pay a phone bill and I do communicate with people on a regular basis.
